Description - Description: Purpose of the contract: This contract is awarded by the urban community of Angers Loire Métropole (ALM) acting as coordinator of a group of orders formed by an agreement "supplies and services" of May 5, 2021 between Angers Loire Métr opole and the City of Angers (VA). Angers Loire Métropole is responsible for the award procedure on behalf of the other members, as well as the signing and notification of the contract. Once notified, the contract is executed each as far as they are concerned, by the members of the group. This is a Framework Agreement with purchase orders for the Supply of offset and digital press paper on behalf of the city of Angers and Angers Loire Métropole
