Description - Description: The City of Saint-Lô and its financial partners have decided to carry out an ambitious rehabilitation/extension project on the Scène de Musiques Actuelles Le Normandy. This work will allow for complete compliance with standards, an imp rovement in reception and working conditions, but will also offer the association the opportunity to further expand its cultural project.
