Description - Scope : The project aims to strengthen the capacity to implement and promote disaster risk reduction (DRR) activities in line with international, regional and national policies through capacity building for hazard assessment and establishment of impl ementation mechanism for national and local DRR planning and activities. The project will contribute to the achievement of SDGs Goals 1, 11, 13 and the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030.Specific project details (provisional) : Dispatch of experts and acceptance of training participants for enhancing the capacity of NDMO and related ministries for hazard assessment, local DRR planning and the promotion of DRR investment.
