Description - Description: The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract for TWO PACKAGED HVAC HEAT PUMP UNITS to be provided to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). PBA will install the units. The contractor shall complete unit start-up after PBA has completed installation. The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Purchase Requirements and specifications contained in this solicitation.
