Description - TenneT wishes to contract a call center that will take care of inbound e-mails and telephone conversations for TenneT by answering them substantively (in English or Dutch) or referring them to the right people within the TenneT organization. In the n ew situation, TenneT expects a partnership in which not only operational tasks are taken care of, but also a proactive attitude to reduce inbound e-mails, telephone calls and referrals by identifying repetitive issues and offering a concrete (innovative) solution.
