Description - Description: As part of our Stratos program (About STRATOS, the CSA’s Stratospheric Balloon Program - https://www.asc-csa.gc.ca/eng/science/balloons/stratos.asp ), the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) would like to fly, alongside its international partn er, the Centre national d’études spatiales (CNES), a scientific pod under a stratospheric balloon from Sweden that would land on Baffin Island following a transatlantic flight. The flight is expected to last 3 to 5 days (between June 15 and 30, 2024) depending on the wind speed in the stratosphere.
