Purpose of the tender The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the supply of Microsoft licenses for the municipality of Nunspeet, as further descr ibed in the 'Request for Quotation' in Mercell. The agreement has an initial term of three years, with an option for unilateral extension by the contracting authority of two times one year. The EA/EAS and MSP agreement with Microsoft has been renewed from 1 January 2023. The municipality of Nunspeet therefore only wishes to contract a new LSP partner.
