Description - Within the scope of the Cooperation Agreement signed on 19 December 2018 between ITU and PJSC Rostelecom , ITU, in cooperation with PJSC Rostelecom , is implementing a project to establish an International Research, Development and Testing Centre for ITU Member States and ITU Sector Members in the CIS region ( IRDTC ) on the basis of the existing regional scientific and technical capacity and with the support of the ITU Regional Office in Moscow to arrange for and conduct studies and tests for new equipment, technologies, and services. This Project is broken in 2 phases, whereby Phase 1 is still on-going and has started in 2019 with the objective to establish basic operation of the IRDTC and
