Description - Project Name: Guava and Dragon Fruit Production, Marketing Extension, and Capacity Building Project (Fiji)Implementation Start Date:2020/1/1Implementation End Date: 2024/12/31Project Objectives: In order to achieve economic diversification, the Fiji government hopes Taiwan will assist in establishing a new foundation for the fruit production industry so that in the future, Fiji can sell emerging fruit tree products to neighboring island countries to create higher economic benefits. The Fiji Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) selected guava and dragon fruit as the main promotion items of this project based on the sales performance of items introduced by Taiwan Technical Mission (TTM) in the past.
