Description - Description: Scope of procurement.Brief description.The subject of the procurement procedure is VBG's aim of awarding the delivery, assembly, commissioning and support of conference and media technology by means of a Europe-wide tender. For this purp ose, a framework agreement is to be concluded for a period of two years from July 1, 2024. The framework agreement is automatically extended by 12 months at a time up to a maximum contract term of 48 months in total if the contract is not terminated by the client with a notice period of 3 months before the end of the respective contract.
