Description - Description Within and near the municipal boundary of Utrecht, the GNV (Coordinated Network-wide Traffic Management) is active, a dynamic traffic management (DVM) system that regulates car traffic via local VRIs, dosing lights and TDIs in two areas. The municipality plans to expand to redeveloped roads and the entire city, for which a new DVM system is being developed through a new tender procedure. To ensure continuity until the new system is operational, a bridging agreement will be concluded with current suppliers Hoeflake, Fileradar and Technolution, valid from April 10, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
