Description - Description: The Department for Biobanks needs to purchase a new pipetting robot. The robot must be able to pipette different types of biomaterial, such as whole blood, plasma, serum, urine, DNA etc. with different types of viscosity. It must be able to scan 1D barcodes on primary tubes and trays, in addition to being able to read 2D barcodes for single tubes in 96 format, hereafter called Matrix trays. The barcodes that are scanned must be found in files after completion of the run, which, together with other data, are imported into the department's own LIMS.
