The subject of the order is the delivery of medical devices used in otolaryngology and sound processors in the range and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered range constitut ing a medical device meets the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended) and in the implementing acts issued on the basis of this Act. 3. Medical devices must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer
